Intro to Radio & Podcasting (Wipro x The King's Trust, London 2025)
The Gaydio Academy, in partnership with Wipro and The King’s Trust, delivered radio skills training alongside peer support and mentoring, giving participants their first steps into radio and a broader insight into the industry.
Participants went on to create content for Pride Month, which they were able to take away and use to support future volunteering roles and work experience opportunities. Throughout the programme, participants were supported to see themselves as part of the industry, benefiting from one-to-one guidance, mentoring and access to volunteering opportunities.
