About this project
JD Sports with Gaydio and The Academy have teamed up to talk all things diversity and inclusion in sports. Participants took on a 3-day course learning about Gaydio, interviewing techniques and then putting those skills to the test to go and interview sports personalities and LGBTQ+ clubs which they then used to create their own podcast by the end of the weekend.
Course layout: introduction to Gaydio, our audience, podcasting and interview techniques; interviewing sports personalities; reviewing the content gathered, editing and preparing the layout for the recording; a studio record day for the podcast.
