JD Sports with Gaydio and The Academy teamed up to talk all things diversity and inclusion in sport. Participants took on a 3-day course learning about Gaydio, interviewing techniques, and then put those skills to the test — interviewing sports personalities and LGBTQ+ clubs to create their own podcast by the end of the weekend.
