The Culture Project 2022 (Manchester)

Manchester is full of incredible culture which shows one of the biggest cities in the UK. 

Thanks to the GMCA we have designed a project to show off Manchester and some of its biggest events in 2022.

We will be asking participants to go out and interview interesting organisations and the events they have this year. These events will be varied to show off the different cultures in Manchester and for the Gaydio listeners to add to their own calendar going forward.

These interviews will then be edited by the participants in the Gaydio Academy and placed on the Gaydio Academy website with the audio and pictures.

There is also the possibility for all applicants to be a part of a podcast, discussing their time with these organisations which will also be on the website.

This course will see you:

• Gain and work on interviewing skills

• Audio editing on Adobe Audacity

• Photography

• Bio writing for interview

Dates of potential courses: 11th April 2022 - 14th April 2022
