About this course
Tesco visited Gaydio HQ with selected staff members for training on how to create a podcast, and the result was Tesco Presents 'Beyond The Label'. The team then produced three brand new episodes discussing the LGBTQ+ community, explaining how Tesco is a supportive employer and offering advice on how to get support at Tesco. The three episodes of this new podcast covered National Inclusion Week, Coming Out Day and LGBT History Month, and each was released to the world at the relevant time. Internal versions were also made and hosted on Tesco's own staff intranet site.
