Fujitsu Podcast Day

Overview

About this course

Fujitsu dedicated a full training day at Gaydio HQ to enable its staff to create a brand new internal podcast. The programme explored the LGBTQ+ community and the ways in which Fujitsu can best support colleagues who are part of it. Participants also discussed how individuals can become better employees by helping and listening to their fellow staff, and considered what advice they would offer to anyone new to Fujitsu to help them settle into the organisation. The day also helped colleagues to build their teams and strengthen relationships.
